At Vela, we aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days, though shipping times vary by method and may be longer during sales. Each order is hand-picked and packed with care by our wonderful shipping facility crew in Texas.
International Shipping
VELA ships worldwide. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival in your country.
Returns
We want you to love your Vela products, but if you're not satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days for unworn items in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.
Care: Hand wash separately in cold water. Dry cleaning is always recommended.

I loved the graphic but the quality isn’t there for this tote. The handles are so flimsy and if you fill it, it just doesn’t sit right on your shoulder even for a short time. Not expecting to pack it but it would’ve been nice to have more utility. It’s really not that functional beyond putting a few small items like a book, makeup bag and sunglasses etc. don’t use it for your laptop or anything heavy like that
