All orders placed are shipped within a 24-48hr business working day. Orders placed after Friday 5pm PST will be processed next business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification with your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or store credit:

 

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
    • Exchanges/Returns are permitted within 30 days of your purchase.
    • Go to: https://velascarves.com/a/returns and enter your order information to being the return or exchange process
    • Domestic orders only will be provided you with a pre-paid label which we will deduct from your original payment method. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Please note we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders).
    • Once you have completed the return steps online, simply drop of your sealed package to your nearest USPS 
    • As a reminder, Vela is not responsible for shipping fees, customs or lost returns.
