We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow these steps for a refund or store credit:

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

• Go to: https://vela-scarves.loopreturns.com/#/ and enter your order information to begin the return or exchange process
• Domestic orders only will be provided you with a pre-paid label which we will deduct from your original payment method a $5 handling charge. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Please note we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders).
• Once you have completed the return steps online, simply drop off your sealed package to your nearest USPS
• As a reminder, Vela is not responsible for shipping fees, customs or lost returns.

All orders placed are shipped within 2-3 business working days. Please expect delays during big launches. Orders placed after Friday 5pm PST will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification with your order tracking.
