How will the shopping experience work?
We'll let in 20 shoppers at a time for 20-minute shopping windows. When your 20 minutes are up, please head to checkout. This keeps things moving and gives everyone a fair chance to shop the sale.
Is there a shopping limit?
Yes, every customer will only be allowed to make 10 scarf purchases to try to give every customer a chance to shop. There is no limit on accessories or apparel.
Can I change my mind at check-out?
Of course, feel free to drop items from your cart at checkout. Just note that we can't do swaps or let you back into the shopping area for an exchange, to keep the line moving fairly for everyone.
Can I go back in if I line up again?
No, unfortunately once your shopping window is done, that's a wrap. No re-entry, to keep things fair for the next group.
If I am with a party, and our group gets split, can we wait and go together?
Absolutely! Just tell the entrance team you'd like to wait, and they'll wave other shoppers ahead of you until your group can go in together.
How will I know when time is up?
We will have time keepers who will announce when the end of the shopping slot is coming near, and when it has officially ended.
Why can’t I go back in to make a quick switch?
Unfortunately no, by the time you'd head back in, the next slot will already be underway. If you have an issue that needs support, please reach out to a team member.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. We prefer cash as we will be able to process your transaction faster.
Are all sales final?
Yes, all sample sale transactions are final. Please fully inspect your pieces before purchase.
