COVID-19: Actions We Are Taking

We hope that this message finds you and your loved ones healthy and safe. In these challenging times, our priority is the safety of our team and our customers. 

The entire Vela team has been taking extreme precaution when handling your orders. We have implemented new safety & cleaning procedures at our fulfillment centers to ensure your safety above all. At Vela, we know the importance of caring for others in a time of crisis. From our very inception, we created "Shop for a Cause" to give back to various charities. And today more than ever, we need to unite in the face of the global pandemic we are facing. 

That is why we are donating a portion of our profits to help families directly impacted by COVID-19. From March 27th through April 4th, we donated a portion of our proceeds to Baitulmaal COVID-19 Fund.  For the entire month of April proceeds were donated to Islamic Relief.  IRUSA specifically is dedicating $1.9 million to low-income families affected by COVID-19in the United States.
