This scarf is so lovely! "Flower petals dipped in cream" is the perfect description. It is sheer and lightweight, but it pairs really well with a nude undercap/full coverage undercap. My go-to's are the wovens/modal, but I feel like royalty in this one!

I know Vela scarves are very hyped up on all social media platforms, but I really don’t understand why. They are see through not giving me much coverage, they don’t come with a matching under cap which I really can’t stand, and they are so overpriced. I bought from another company when I ordered these and the comparison is unmatched. I hope this company does better, especially since individuals on Tik Tok are sharing that your quality went way down since you started. A lot of companies are like that, but don’t be the company the influences others to be immodest on hijab.

I was really excited to try Velas new range of silk chiffon scarf, I purchased both the blush ombré silk chiffon and golden ombré silk chiffon - I am left confused where the silk aspect is in the scarf. The scarf is rough, hard to style, lightweight to the extent that when wind would hit it would fly off my chest and not at all what I expected from Vela quality. I own many other Vela scarves and have not had this experience - for paying such a large premium as an Australian customer to receive this level of quality is appalling.
