A semi-fitted waistband sits at the natural waist and opens into a full, billowing hem. Powder Blue reads as a cool neutral and pairs well with white, cream, or deeper navy tones on top. A solid chiffon flare skirt for those who want coverage without weight. Sizes XXS–3XL.

Assiya is a US 4 and 5'9 and wears a size XS.

Sharon is a US 10 and 5'6 and wears a size XL.
